Facility

This 1800 square foot subterranean facility offers all you need to get strong. Learn the fundamentals of weightlifting and challenge your body with every workout.

Coaches

OGSF is owned and operated by Linda Chungchootairong. She is a competitive Olympic weightlifter and powerlifter with 12 years of personal training experience. She has a Masters in Sports Psychology, a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and is also an U.S. Army veteran. Her dream was to open a female friendly lifting gym.

GETTING STARTED

MEMBERSHIP

A monthly membership allows you access to unlimited classes, open gym hours and clinics. A one month trial is $350/month, two months at $325/month, 3 months or more $300/month unlimited. 

The program you chose is dependent on your goals which you will discuss with your coach. Fitness goals are constantly changing therefore you will have the freedom to move between programs although it is recommended that you stick to one program for at least 4 to 6 weeks.

PERSONAL TRAINING

OGSF also offers personal training and small group workouts. This is a great option for those who want more individual attention or preparing for an event. Email to schedule a consultation.

NON-MEMBERS / DROP-INS

$35 class drop-ins. $20 open gym.

New members can register though 

Queene Resgnit is a powerlifting coach. She coaches lifters of all levels and will get any athlete to properly squat, bench, and deadlift. She started out playing basketball for 8 years and is now a competitive powerlifter with 5 years of lifting experience. She recognizes potential in all lifters and will help improve and strengthen lifting techniques and mindset to tackle big weights.

Steve Rogers is OGSF’s head weightlifting coach with years of coaching experience in multiple sports. Coach Rogers is also a competitive athlete himself. He’s extremely attentive to detail and knowledgable in a lifting practices. He will make you a better athlete.

Andrew Watkins is a USAW Olympic weightlifting coach. He is a well rounded athlete and a competitive weightlifter with a passion for wellbeing and mindful training. He is currently training for his first marathon.

John Marman is USAW certified Olympic lifting coach and personal trainer at OGSF. He’s a competitive Olympic weightlifter with a background in football and strength and conditioning.

Upcoming Events

Open gym hours will be offered on Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays from 4-5PM starting December 1, 2018

NEW YEAR’S EVE SCHEDULE: DECEMBER 31ST 8AM AND 10AM FOR POWERLIFTING AND COMBINED OLYMPIC LIFTING.

CLOSED NEW YEAR’S DAY JAN 1 2019.

Novice lifters are welcome to come in on Mondays & Wednesdays at 7PM and mobility training will be offered on Fridays at 6PM and Saturdays at 1130AM.

NEW CLASS!! Starting January 2019 Wednesdays at 6PM is now Olympic lifting foundations and drills led by Coach Andrew. This class is for all levels but mainly for beginners to learn and improve technique as well as mobility in order to perform the SNATCH, CLEAN AND JERK movements. This class is a prerequisite to Olympic lifting.

Ladies ONLY lifting session. Next one will be held January 20, 2019 . Must RSVP! It starts at 10AM please be on time and ready to lift!!!
