Facility

This 1800 square foot subterranean facility offers all you need to get strong. Learn the fundamentals of weightlifting and challenge your body with every workout.

Coaches

OGSF is owned and operated by Linda Chungchootairong. She is a competitive Olympic weightlifter and powerlifter with 11 years of personal training experience. She has a Masters in Sports Psychology, a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and is also an U.S. Army veteran. Her dream was to open a female friendly lifting gym.

GETTING STARTED

MEMBERSHIP

A monthly membership allows you access to unlimited classes, open gym hours and clinics. A one month trial is $350/month, two months at $325/month, 3 months or more $300/month unlimited. 

The program you chose is dependent on your goals which you will discuss with your coach. Fitness goals are constantly changing therefore you will have the freedom to move between programs although it is recommended that you stick to one program for at least 4 to 6 weeks.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

OGSF also offers personal training and small group workouts. This is a great option for those who want more individual attention or preparing for an event. Email to schedule a consultation.

 

NON-MEMBERS / DROP-INS

$35 class drop-ins. $20 open gym.

 

John Marman is OGSF's head Olympic weightlifting coach and also a competitive athlete in both Olympic weightlifting and Crossfit. He holds both a Bachelors and Masters in Psychology. Coach John motivates and challenges OGSF members to be better athletes both in and outside of the gym.

Nicole Kush is a mobility and strength coach who specializes in joint health. For the past two years she has taught clients and athletes the foundations to a strong and injury-free body. She has worked with different types of people (with and without injuries) to create strong bodies that won’t break- providing knowledge she didn’t have when first lifting 7 years ago. Nicole started lifting without full awareness of her body and joints- and suffered multiple injuries that compounded over time. That experience sparked her mission to teach others the true foundations to strength so that they could continue to get stronger, achieve their goals, and avoid any setbacks.

Queene Resgnit is a powerlifting coach. She coaches lifters of all levels and will get any athlete to properly squat, bench, and deadlift. She started out playing basketball for 8 years and is now a competitive powerlifter with 5 years of lifting experience. She recognizes potential in all lifters and will help improve and strengthen lifting techniques and mindset to tackle big weights.

Upcoming Events

Dear lifting babies- this will the last call to pick up your shoes and any lifting gear the gym has been housing for you. If you do not pick up your things by 7/20 everything will be donated to lifters in need. Thanks for your understanding. We're working hard to make more lifting space for you! 

MORE classes have been added! Novice lifters are welcome to come in on Mondays & Wednesdays at 7PM and mobility training will be offered on Tuesday and Thursdays at 7PM and Fridays at 6PM.

New technique classes are open to everyone!
